CBC (incl. Diff. & Platelets)
Test is performed to monitor and evaluate the cells that circulate in the blood and are suspended in the fluid plasma.
CBC (include differential and platelets)
The CBC includes a variety of values which are calculated during this test, these are White Blood Cells (WBCs), Red Blood Cells (RBCs) and Platelets. This test is used as a screening test for various diseases like infections and allergies, anemia, leukemia, and the inflammatory process.
CBC (DIFF/PLT) measures the following:
- Red Blood Cells Count
- White Blood Cells Count
- MCV - Mean Cell Volume
- MCH - Mean Cell Hemoglobin
- MCHC - MCH Concentration
- RDW - Red Blood Cell Distribution Width
- Platelet Count
- MPV - Mean Platelet Volume
- Differential (Absolute and Percent)
- Eosinophils, and
